Jeff Kinder -

Jeff Kinder’s classically trained piano background blends beautifully into his unique, contemplative and heartfelt piano compositions. The Northern Ohio-based musician’s use of the piano sound is emphasized by the simple melodies and epic themes that make up his releases. A film-music inspired focus is clear, from his writing and performing style to his creating a powerful and moving soundscape by the use of strings.

Kinder’s compositions fall into the New Age/ Instrumental/Neo-Classical genres. George Winston, Michael W. Smith and Jim Brickman are among his top piano influences. He records in Nashville with Blair Masters, the studio owner and current keyboard player for Garth Brooks. Kinder works with today’s top engineers for mixing and mastering as well. Multi-Grammy-winning Five/Four Productions of Cleveland, Ohio, was chosen for his first release, “Moments” (2011), and upcoming release “Triumph” was engineered by multi-Grammy winning Rob Burrell of RB Productions, Inc., Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Kinder also has written the music for two songs for group Daughter Darling’s “Sweet Shadows” album. One of these songs, “Broken Bridge,” was featured in the pilot episode and was licensed for the first DVD release of TV’s “Bones.”
