"Five" is a fun song to play. It is written in the key of B - which is unusual to some. Rather than be intimidated by a key with five sharps, I decided to embrace it - and "Five" was the result. I still remember the recording session when Blair said, "Who writes a song in B?" Incidentally, "The B song" was what I called it for the longest time. It became "Five"after the number of sharps and the number of members in my family.
